Meet Lindsay Hill
AESTHETICIAN, MEDICAL MICROPIGMENTOLOGIST, PARAMEDICAL TATTOO ARTIST
In 2006, I entered the aesthetics industry with a simple plan: to offer special occasion makeup alongside hairstylist extraordinaire, Natalie Trease, while attending college.
A chance meeting changed my path. While we both checked our reflections in a restaurant restroom, I gave a woman skincare tips after she complained about her skin.
She handed me her business card and the next day I had an interview at her medspa. I quickly advanced into a leadership role as both an aesthetician and laser technician— the intersection of artistry, clinical precision and compassionate care. Inspired by this path, I also changed my college major to gain a deeper understanding of the business side of the industry and how to build something meaningful with it.
After earning my degree from Oklahoma State University, I launched my career at a prestigious spa in Chicago, where I split my time between the treatment rooms and the buying and visual merchandising team.
As a buyer, I was responsible for trend research, inventory selection, supplier negotiations, budget management, and maximizing profits by curating niche products that resonated with our clientele. Once new products arrived, I translated strategy into visuals—creating merchandising renderings that became displays, designed to be both visually striking and psychologically appealing.
Years on the treatment floor revealed a darker side of the industry.
I watched people sell clients things they didn’t need. As a client, I was made to feel inadequate, like spending thousands was the only way to be “acceptable.” Trained in sales and skincare, I find scripted pitches fake. I prefer listening to clients’ needs and budgets and creating honest, custom plans. I was also balancing motherhood, my own aging, and the way the beauty industry pressures my young daughter. I’ve seen the tricks and felt the pressure.
This accumulated knowledge and life experience now drive an entirely different approach.
I entered this field to help people. I focus on real skin health and building confidence, supporting you to stay true to yourself. Aging is natural, and we can do it gracefully and honestly.
Influencers often push products they don’t understand. I prefer honesty over hype, self-care over sales, and real well-being over surface perfection.
I’m here to help you feel good in your skin. No long routines, no guilt, no false promises—just knowledge, integrity, and consistent, high-quality care.

Medical Micropigmentation
In 2024 I received the Illume Institute Scholarship for Permanent Makeup — an opportunity I’m very grateful for. After earning my Certified Medical Micropigmentology License, I trained further in Lip Blushing with Becca Fuller (Babe Ink), Brow Artistry with Slesh Teray, Alex Nica (Moko), Salam Audi (Beauty Inkstitute), among others.
With a lifelong love of art, I enjoy helping people restore pigment and confidence.
Beyond Work
When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family. I’ve been married to my husband, Scott, for 15 years, and together we’re raising two amazing kids. Our son Harvey keeps us busy with baseball, football, and basketball, while our daughter Frances shines in competitive dance. Our home is also filled with love from our fur babies—Penny, our sweet cockapoo, and Kiddy, our playful kitten. Outside of family life, we enjoy Life Church and volunteer opportunities to help our community and schools. I enjoy cooking, interior design, and diving deeper into my passions by practicing new permanent makeup techniques and reading up on skincare.
Paramedical Tattooing
After a client — now a dear friend — went through breast cancer, she urged me to learn areola tattooing and offered to pay for it. It’s been one of my greatest honors. Read our story under “paramedical tattoo.”
