POLICIES

1. Reservations

  • It is recommend booking appointments in advance to ensure availability.

2. Check-In

  • Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

  • If you are running late, please send me a courtesy text 405-651-3223. Depending on the service we may have to reschedule.

  • Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time with full charges applied.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge.

  • No-shows will be charged the full service fee.

  • PLEASE understand this is not me being mean— If I don’t have clients then I cannot support my family.

4. Health Considerations

  • Please inform me of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to your treatment.

  • Certain treatments may not be suitable for guests with specific medical conditions or during pregnancy.

  • PLEASE prepare accordingly, stopping use of any Retinoid product 3-5 days prior to all services offered.

5. Age Requirements

  • Guests must be at least 16 years of age to receive spa services without a parent or guardian.

  • Some services may have additional age restrictions.

6. Quiet Environment

  • Please respect the tranquil spa environment by speaking softly and silencing mobile devices.

  • Children are not permitted in the spa area unless receiving a service.

7. Valuables

  • It is recommend leaving valuables at home. The spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

8. Payment

  • Payment is due at time of service. Payment options include *cash, Venmo, Cashapp.

  • Tips are very appreciated but NEVER feel like it’s a must.
